A gifted facilitator, Peter designs and delivers paradigm changing, leading-edge development programs for leadership and personal development – with over 20,000 hours of design and delivery experience. An experienced coach, Peter has over 5,000 hours of experience delivering executive coaching, life coaching, and interpersonal relationship coaching engagements. He is committed to creating a world of potent, gifted, and ethical transformational leaders.
From a young age growing up in Sydney, Australia, Peter has been drawn to leadership with a curiosity about human motivation and the dynamics of diverse cultures. He has been an entrepreneur and business owner much of his life, starting at seventeen with the establishment of his first non-profit in response to a close friend entering a coma after a car accident; Peter subsequently appeared on national television promoting coma awareness, earning prizes and awards for his efforts. Following university studies, Peter worked for five years in various roles as an educator and a teacher trainer in Japan and Australia.
For the last fifteen years, Peter has interwoven leadership, facilitation, and service in several non-profit institutions. He has served as a Director of Training for Challenge Day, a non-profit institution focused on providing youth and their communities with experiential programs that demonstrate the possibility of love and connection through the celebration of diversity, truth, and full expression. Concurrently, Peter designed and delivered over 500 experiential workshops on four continents focused on effective communication, personal effectiveness & potency, trust & honesty, transformation, and productive interpersonal relationships.
Peter has completed four Olympic distance triathlons, he is proficient in Japanese, he is a certified yoga instructor, and he has worked or lived in Australia, Japan, India, and the United States.
Peter holds an MA from the SIT Graduate Institute in International Management, a Graduate Diploma in Education the University of New England (Australia), and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Macquarie University (Australia).
